So after thinking about it & instead of just waiting to have everything back together before i decided.....i decided. These bars ARE the shit! but...I'm tall enough that my back & arms say there just a hair too short. So i got with Mac daddy Mac (local hero of all things needing to be machined, at least by me) & got some 1 & 1/2 stainless, 2 & 1/2 long, stepped it on down 1/2" from the bottom to 1 & 1/4 & WALLAH, made some cool little extensions for the J. Roche bars i got off of his shovel build. Of course i'll polish everything up to make it all match but so far I'm diggin it, can't wait to see if they are actually what i was going for come final assembly time....
I like it...a lot.

thanks bro, i'm glad to hear that! that was my intention was to try & turn people onto some music from around here, theres tons of it. they call it Texas country but i haven't figured that out yet?
