The way you've got it in the first pic would look good, but you'll have to hack a hunk off of the front and check the curvature on the bottom radius to make sure it looks right.
i'll play around with it some more this weekend, i'd like to close the gap closer to the seat also, may not even need the struts..we shall see, thank's for the words man!!
