Skeptical Struts

Got the ends coped, And ends welded on...that's about it....still got to mill 5/8 (on top) & 1/2" (on bottom) holes. Not turning out like i have in my head.. My buddy talked me into letting him use this really cool ass hydraulic bender/brake to (cold) bend the 1/2" offset on top & bottom but should have just chucked them up in a vise and used heat. The machine left a nasty scar where it presses....Not sure about the offset. Doesn't look like enough? Knowing my drunk ass i probably measured wrong. We'll see how they work & look on bike, should finish Monday. Maybe have to go back to drawing board & start over.....
