Double take...

this came out of a vacuum pump for a machine here at work. it's a good chunk & pretty heavy. i always make a point to go by the scrap bin everyday, their always throwing away good shit i can use but this caught me off guard!








i mean,...don't get me wrong, i'm not into it, just thought it was weird that's all.....

I woke up today with my mood in the way. Then looked up & realized we are 6 months into this motherfucker. I've had my head down so busy trying to get shit done like I'm racing against something but I don't know what?, and it's been fighting me tooth & nail the whole way. Work is slow & funds are low. Motor is now waiting on me to send some green backs....so, gotta figure that out, repo my truck, re-sale it (again), fuckin yuppie ass motherfuckers. Headed to Austin Thursday after work to the R.O.T again this year so I'll get to go by buds cycle shop which is like a huge garage sale for pull off parts, I'm talking boxes, shelves & piles of shit to the ceiling, maybe I'll find something for nothing. Planning on going to the Smoke out west next weekend but I'll know when the time comes, may have to pull the plug on that one.....umm what else? Oh, my dog has fleas, computer is stilled fucked & I'm going to relax now & enjoy the rest of the summer! Cheers

was great, nothing like being at the lake on a holiday. Hangover's, no sleep, sunburns, no t.v, & no Internet!Too many booze & i ended up with a weird haircut, now....back to the grind, gettin ready to put in some miles

nothing special, but it's starting to shape up a little more each day. Haven't gotten much done lately, too much shit goin on, but at least it rolled out of the shop! SOMEBODY forgot to drop the trees off at the powder coater while they were there so i decided to just hit'em with the ol'e buffer and put a little bling to'em along with the stainless riser spacer's we made. Still wanna see if the raw steel bars will shine up some more then treat'em with some Gibbs to see how long they'll stay that way, That stainless gets HOT! Burned my damn thumbs but i love polished stainless like no other! Kinda like the trees, but it seems too much for the whole front end to be that damn shiny, I'll decide later. Had some idea's for more paint on the tank but ran out of peyote. Still got a lot of shit to do.....

I have...

poured vodka all in the lemons that life throws at you and don't give a fuck! WOO HOO!! I was pretty bummed when the word came on my bottom end on Trouble being pretty much shot (but fixable) cause it threw my riding it by June right under a train. It's lookin like I'll at least have it ready to go by the meaty part of summer, which is ok cause here we have a good 5 month summer & then some anyway. got a buddy to re-blast the frame & sent it to paint yesterday cause I'm tired of doing shit to it so i just said get it painted. So...what do you do when you hit a stand still? Fuck with the other one if you got it! i know these Dyna's are built to ride a certain & reliable way but Ive had it too long for it to be this DAMN boring...I'm gonna be on it for way longer then i hoped for so i might as well do some thing's to it to make me like it, i started with fixing the flat spot on the tank from me acting like a jackass & a little paint on the lower legs, got a few other things to do, nothing major, just got some good miles to hit comin up quick & this will have to be the one to do it...

ever heard that saying? i have all my life & it SUCKS!! Haven't heard anything on my motor in 23 day's...so i figured I'd wait till Friday & then call them. Well funny thing Mark from Arizona Custom Motor's & Machine beat me to it. And it wasn't good news. I never really felt like the shovel was on it's last leg cause it ran strong & stout but that's exactly what he said. He said for a 33 year old motor they definitely got their miles out of it HA. Gotta replace 3 outta 4 rocker arms, rocker shaft's, valve guides, cam, roller's on the tappet's, front tappet block...uh let see what else was it? OH, yeah, the fuckin FLYWHEELs! ouch.....so i guess I'm looking for a good set of 80" flywheels..anyone?? E-mail me.

Theres this Field off the side of the backroad where the shop is, i guess i always knew it was there & had the big rocks cluttering it up but i never paid attention till a woman decided to paint them? Like i had mentioned before, she's a little wacky. She has some crazy ass stories & more tats then most men around here HA HA. Good Ole' biker trash, rode hard & put up wet! Most country folk that live around hate it i think? think it's trashy. And then some people think it's pretty neat. I guess it depends on if you know the chick or not.
